do women personalize business? it's funny--men say women bring their emotions into business. yet when we demand equal rights in the workplace, men take that as a personal attack. interesting.

there are two kinds of reactions to feminism. the "muddy brother" and the "hard knocks dad." muddy brother is the little boy throwing balls of mud at his friends when his sister shows up. "what are you doing here! this is for BOYS!" he says defensively. "well, mom says I can play too." the little brother knows he's beat there, but he also knows that mom couldn't possibly know the hard work and skill that mud-throwing takes! after all, she is a girl too! So he hands his sister some mud, and then clobbers her, ignoring friends and fight to show her that girls will NEVER succeed at mud throwing like boys.

"Hard-knocks dad" looks at his muddy daughter, gives a guffaw, and says "well, ya wanted to play with the boys, you gotta learn to play the hard way! ha ha. It's ok sweety, keep trying." but he doesn't really mean it. Oh, don't misunderstand him. He THINKS he means every WORD. But really he agrees with his son. girls will never play in the mud. but it's kinda funny to watch them try.

there is a third kind of male reaction. we call these men "zues." he is the lord of the earth, entertained by its goings on, but not terribly concerned. after all, these creatures they call women are no real threat, and when they do harm him, he takes it like a good lord of the earth and he moves on to more important details of running the world. yes ladies, I know we used to call this our "sensative man." but the truth is that he doesn't give a rip about us. just how he looks to us, and how much he can avoid being affected by us. he is too far above to be really concerned for our well being.

When I talk to some men, I feel utterly and entirely alone. unless they are of a minority group, no man will understand what a woman experiences, even in America, on a daily basis. to be honest, im sick of struggling alone. where are our male reinforcements?? COME ON MEN! HERE'S A CHALLENGE! COME HELP YOUR SISTERS IN A CAUSE! We all know that there is no such thing as a one-sided battle, so fight your fight against apathy toward evil, and change the world.
